1 banana
1c. fresh blueberries, washed
4 “ice cream scoops” seedless watermelon
1 c. low-fat vanilla yogurt
¼ c. granola or other crunchy cereal (Grape-Nuts work great!)
Cut banana in half crosswise, then cut each piece in half, lengthwise. For each banana split, lay 1 banana against the side of a shallow bowl.
Place 1 scoop watermelon in each bowl. Fill the space between the watermelon and banana with ¼ c. blueberries. Stir yogurt until smooth.
For each banana split, spoon ¼ c. yogurt over watermelon scoop(s). Sprinkle with granola or other cereal. Makes 4 banana splits.
