The preschool program is structured as the first formal introduction to the "academic" learning for your child. Learning through fun. We will focus on Cognitive, Social, Gross Motor, Fine Motor, and Dramatic play. The key is to introduce the beginning "tools" they will need for their future school experience, all tailored to their specific age. They will learn to write their name, letters, count and experience all areas of the classroom. The focuses of the classroom are imaginative play, music and social, art and academics, gross motor play through blocks and climbers, and cognitive through introduction of the alphabet, puzzles, games and more.
The Pre-K program is geared toward "Kindergarten Readiness". We will ensure that when your child leaves our school, he or she has all the tools they need to start Kindergarten. We have experienced and qualified staff to teach your children. They will focus on the same areas described in the Preschool Program but take them much farther. Your child will not just know their name but be able to express themselves through story, play art and more.
